Green Chapels, isn’t it about time?

I was wandering through the center today and noticed a stack of church news so I pursued it a breif moment. I was reminded that my mission president is coming home and I will not be there to greet him, there was an article on Anne Frank which suddenly meant a great deal more. Finally, there on the front page was this cool article about the first LEED certified chapel. It’s pretty sweet: Solar panels on the roof, tankless water heaters, and great efficacy. In class not two months ago we learned about a Christian church that made their meetinghouse eco-friendly and we wondered why with the doctrinal background that the church has on conservation we didn’t do the same thing.

We are.

Thats right, thinking green is a heavenly acceptable challange.

Good ahead, take a look at the now LDS socially acceptable global movement.
