I’ve decided that I really like tacos. Once, years ago, I ate a taco on the street of Ensenada Mexico. It was so completely different from any taco that had graced my tongue up to that point that I consider it the foundation of my taco indulgences. For the last year or so of life in Provo I have kept my eyes open for tacos and succeeded in finding some fantastic Mexican food here and there. Luis convinced me that we should be chronicling this quest for tacos so I have started another blog (yes, I’m seeing another blog (sorry(sob))). The point is more to keep track of our personal quest for the fantastic Provo taco than to critique anything in particular. If you have interest in the blog you may find it at tacosutah.blogspot.com. I have no idea how long it will last. Luckily a taco addiction is fairly cheap. Good authentic Mexican tacos are pretty standard at $1 per taco. Surprisingly I can walk to quite a few tacos stands. It beats spending Friday Nights at home alone.
